Mobile Hairdresser In Carlton “My home Roots”

Well the Xmas festivities are closing in on us now but this cold wet weather goes right through me no matter how much i seem to wrap up. Carlton has been my home for many years and I am so glad that I provide a mobile hairdressing service locally. Not everyone is so fortunate as me to be able to go where I want and when I want pretty much so it gives me so much pleasure in my job to be able to go and cut, colour and style peoples hair who find it hard to get out.

Although in this weather i think i could speak for most people, if they can get a trusted hair stylist then i am certain they would rather stay at home and have me come to them. I certainly think mobile hair dressers such as me provide a far better value for money service and your not paying ridiculous high street prices.

I like to get to know my clients and have a good chat. I do not believe in rushing, it is important for me that i get repeat of business and that i enjoy meeting people. I get so much pleasure from my job when i get the mirror out at the end of the job and I see the happiness on faces. Thats why I love my job and it helps to pay my bills and get the kids what they need not what they want ha ha!

I went to visit this delightful little girl to cut her hair today, it was the first time i had cut her hair, so she was a bit nervous of the new hairdresser. We had a little chat about the style of cut she wanted and then we discussed what school she was at and her favourite music. She told me other hairdressers had never bothered to ask her opinion about what hair style she wanted and went ahead with what they thought would look good.

I finished her hair and she was delighted because she felt part of what i was doing. I had a cup of tea with her mum and we put the world to rights before i left to go home in the horrible wet weather.
